Abstract: Sepsis is a syndrome that is initiated by infection and is characterized by a systemic inflammatory response.Both sepsis itself and the inflammatory factors that produced during the process of the sepsis can impair the coagulation,leads to a hypercoagulation. In order to provide sufficient tissue perfusion and oxygen supply, fluid resuscitation has been one of the most important sepsis therapy guidelines.However, what would be the exact influence of fluid resuscitation on the coagulation of patient with sepsis?It has been one of the hotspots which interested people for there is no final conclusion .In this review ,we summarize the influence of fliud resuscitation on coagulation of patients with sepsis.
