摘要:

背景: 胸外心脏按压技术至今历时已50年的历史。在临床应用和发展过程中挽救了无数人的生命,人工胸外按压的技术也在不断的改进,但是随着该技术的应用,人工胸外按压的缺陷也不断显现出来,于是有许多学者在探讨心脏按压机制的基础上研究各种机械设备来代替人工CPR,其胸外按压的机制也随着研究的深入而不断更新和完善。 目的和内容:现就胸外按压的历史、机制及机械胸外按压设备的最新研究进展进行概述 趋势:没有一个胸外按压设备或者方法能够证明确实有比标准人工胸外按压更好的长期存活率,今后仍需要在这些方面做进一步的研究和实验

Abstract:

Background :Cardiac chest compression technology has lasted 50 years. It saved many people’s lives when who suffer cardiac arrest. Manual chest compressions, however, has its limitations and inconsistencies. so Therefore,many scholars have designed variousvariable mechanical devices to replace manual CPR,and the mechanism of chest compression is contantly updating and improving improved in further study . Purpose and Content: This review will consider the history,the mechanism , the evidence and current indications for the use of these devices. Trend: There is no high quality evidence showing improved outcomes of the use of these device, There is an urgent need for definitive clinical and cost effectiveness trials to confirm or refute the place of mechanical chest-compression devices during resuscitation.
