Abstract: Abstract: objective: this experiment is aimed to study the effect of fentanyl and remifentanil in general anesthesia and recovery in obese patients and explore the influence of combined use of two drugs, and find the feasibility of feasible combinations. Methods: 80 obese patients exerted to general anesthesia are randomly divided into four groups (n= 20); group F, group R, group RF1 and group RF2, the safety and efficacy in general anesthesia and the recovery quality post anaesthesia were investigated. Results: MAP and HR have no significant changes (P < 0.05) in group R and group RF2 in induction of general anesthesia. Decannulation time , open eyes time and directional power recovery after anesthesia in group R and group RF2 are in a relatively short time (P < 0.05) and OAA/S score is smaller (P < 0.05), but 1 and 3 hours after discontinuation is poor in VAS score (P < 0.05) in group R, Conclusion: combined use of fentanyl and remifentanil as group RF2 is not only safe and effective in general anesthesia, and achieves high quality of recovery.
