背景 N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(N- methyl- D- aspartate, NMDA)受体依赖的神经可塑性不仅与学习、记忆等生理学功能有关,而且在慢性痛等伤害性病理学损伤中发挥重要作用。 目的 就NMDA受体在神经病理性疼痛的研究进展作简要介绍。内容 探讨NMDA受体在疼痛传输通路中的表达及作用的相关机制。趋向 为更好地治疗神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain, NP)提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Background N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor dependent neuronal plasticity is not only connected with learning, memory and other physiological functions, but also play an important role in pathological injury of chronic pain. Objective In this review, we briefly introduce the research progress of NMDA receptor in neuropathic pain. Content Discuss the underlying mechanisms of NMDA receptor in pain transmission pathways . Trend To provide a theoretical basis for better treatment of neuropathic pain (NP).
