【Abstract】 Background LTS II is the second generation of Laryngeal tube , and its simple , little damage to the respiratory tract, irritation , patients easily tolerated, fewer complications , can maintain spontaneous respiration but also positive pressure ventilation , has been gradually applied in clinical . Objective According to the clinical application of LTS II study comparing it with other pros and cons of artificial airway , to explore the application and management of LTS II .
