摘要:

背景 每搏量变异度(stroke volume variation,SVV)是一项重要的功能性血液动力学指标,用于监测机械通气患者的容量状态及预测机体对液体治疗的反应性,具有敏感、准确、安全等特点。目的 综述SVV的适应证、影响因素及研究进展。内容 SVV由心肺的相互作用产生,可通过动脉压力波形分析技术进行连续监测,主要适用于机械通气的围手术期及休克患者。SVV与容量变化的相关性优于静态血液动力学指标,但也受多种因素的影响。 趋向 近年来,SVV与目标导向治疗相结合,拥有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

Background Stroke volume variation (SVV) is a functional hemodynamic parameter, which is a sensitive, accurate and safe indicator for the assessment of volume state and fluid responsiveness in patients under mechanical ventilation. Objective To summarize the indications, influential factors and research progress of SVV. Content SVV is produced by heart-lung interaction and can be measured continuously through arterial pressure waveform analysis. It is mainly used in perioperative and shock patients who are under mechanical ventilation. Although SVV is better correlated with volume change than the traditional static hemodynamic indicators, it is influenced by a variety of factors. Trend SVV has been a promising research hotspot in recent years, especially when used in goal-directed therapy .
