【摘要】 背景 阿片类药物可引起的痛觉过敏日益引起关注,其机制有待深入研究。目的 论述脊髓水平阿片类药物引起痛觉过敏的机制,以供临床研究防治此类痛觉过敏参考。内容 就脊髓水平受体通路、信号传导路径及神经肽等方面,论述阿片类药物引起痛觉过敏的机制。趋向 脊髓水平多种途径参与阿片类药物引起的痛觉过敏,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Background Opioid-induced hyperalgesia has received increasing attention, and the mechanisms need further investigation. Objective To expound some possible mechanisms of opioid-induced hyperalgesia in the spinal cord level, which may offer some methods for prevention of the hyperalgesia in clinic. Content This review provides some information about opioid-induced hyperalgesia in the spinal cord level, such as the receptors pathway, signal transduction pathway, neuropeptide and so on. Trend The detailed mechanism of opioid-induced hyperalgesia in the spinal cord level needs further study.
