摘要:

背景 基础研究证实,多种临床常用的全麻药可通过多种途径不同程度地诱导幼龄动物脑神经细胞凋亡,并可导致后期的认知和行为能力损害。 目的 总结临床常用全麻药对幼龄动物脑神经细胞凋亡影响的近期研究结果,为麻醉用药提供参考。 内容 全麻药诱导幼龄动物脑神经细胞凋亡的机制十分复杂,其凋亡机制的研究尚处于起步阶段。 趋向 全麻药诱导幼龄动物脑神经细胞凋亡的机制仍有待于今后更多切合临床实际的研究来揭示。

Abstract:

Background Studies confirmed that a variety of commonly used clinical general anesthetics induced apoptosis of nerve cells in infant animal's brain and caused cognitive and behavioral ability impairment in the later through many ways in varying degrees. Objective To sum up effects of commonly used clinical general anesthetics on nerve cell apoptosis in infant animal's brain of recent researches, and provide a reference for the use of narcotic drugs. Content General anesthetics induced infant animal's brain nerve cell apoptosis of mechanisms is very complex, the apoptosis mechanism of research is still in its infancy stage. Trend More clinical practice studies are needed to reveal mechanisms of general anesthetics induced infant animal's brain nerve cell apoptosis.
