【摘要】背景 各种原因造成的组织器官血液灌流量减少或血流被完全阻断可使细胞发生缺血性损伤(ischaemic injury),近年来对脏器缺血性损伤的研究在细胞因子领域得到了广泛开展,尤其是IL-17在缺血性损伤中的作用逐步受到了关注。目的 对IL-17在脏器缺血性损伤中作用的最新研究进展做一综述,为临床基础研究提供理论依据。内容 介绍IL-17的细胞因子家族、基因调节、信号转导通路,重点阐述IL-17在脏器缺血性损伤中的研究进展。 趋向 针对IL-17参与脏器缺血性损伤过程的作用靶点,一些药物或者疗法可能能够减轻或逆转脏器的缺血性损伤,这将成为以后临床基础研究的新重点。

Abstract:

[ABSTRACT] Background Blood supply to organs low or blocked can result in ischaemic injury,and the role of IL-17 in Organs Ischaemic Injury had increasingly reported recent years. Objective To provide theoretic basis for clinical and basic research by reviewing the recent advances of IL-17 in Organs Ischaemic Injury. Content In this article,IL-17 cytokine family, gene regulation of IL-17, signaling pathway will be reviewed,and the recent advances of IL-17 in Organs Ischaemic Injury will be emphasized. Trend According to the effect targets of IL-17 participating in the process of Organs Ischemic Injury, Some drugs or therapies may be able to reduce or reverse Organs Ischemic Injury, and they will be the new focus of clinical and basic research.
