This case report the advantage of laryngeal mask and self-made intubation guiding tube in the process of bronchoscopy and foreign body removal for the child who suffered from bronchial foreign bodies remain after removal of bronchial foreign body under tracheotomy.described the anesthesia process of an airway foreign body removal under rigid bronchoscope for a child who already underwent tracheotomy. To prevent difficult intraoperative intubation, metal tracheal tube was guided by self-made bougie through the tracheotomy incision. The laryngeal mask was applied to perform positive pressure ventilation via the tracheotomy incision for improving the perioperative hypoxia symptoms, when hypoxia and poor mask ventilation happened.
