Researches on signal pathways of vascular permeability affected by tight junction

摘要:

【背景】 血管的通透性主要由跨细胞途径(transcellular pathways)和细胞旁途径(paracellular pathways)两部分组成。在炎症反应过程中,细胞旁途径是增加血管通透性的主要因素。紧密连接(tight junction TJ)是细胞旁途径的重要组成部分,破坏它将导致细胞通透性的增加。【目的】分析紧密连接的信号机制,更好地理解其保护血管屏障的功能。【内容】本文对影响紧密连接的几个重要的信号通路进行了综述,揭示了其影响细胞通透性的信息传递和调控作用。【趋向】紧密连接的完整性可以抑制水肿液的产生,今后将进一步探索其在炎症性疾病中的具体应用,从而更好的诊断疾病,预测疾病的发生发展及疗效。

Abstract:

[Background] Vascular permeability is defined by the combination of transcellular and paracellular pathways, with the latter being a major contributor to the increasing of vascular permeability in the process of inflammation. Tight junction is the important component of paracellular pathways. The destruction of tight junction will induce the increasing of vascular permeability. [Objective] Objectives of this article are to analyze signaling mechanisms of tight junction and understand its function of protecting blood vessels barriers. [Content] This article reviews several important signaling mechanisms which affect the tight junction,explains how it effect cell permeability through delivering and regulating information. [Trend] The integrity of tight junction can restrain the generation of edema fluid and future research will focus on its specific application in inflammatory disease, in order to diagnose better and predict development and therapeutic effect of disease.
