大麻素在认知功能障碍中的作用

摘要:

背景 术后认知功能障碍 (postoperative cognitive dysfunction, POCD)是手术后常见并发症之一,不仅导致患者康复延迟,增加医疗费用,而且严重影响患者术后生活质量。研究显示POCD的发生可能是多种机制作用的结果,主要与中枢胆碱能系统、应激反应及炎症反应有关。近年来研究发现大麻素系统在认知功能障碍中也扮演着重要角色。目的 综述大麻素在认知功能障碍中的作用研究进展。内容 简介术后认知功能障碍以及大麻素系统,总结目前对于大麻素与认知功能关系的研究成果。趋向 通过本文综述,为研究者提供最新信息,期望对于POCD发病机制的研究提供帮助。

Abstract:

Background Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)is a common complication after surgery, It not only results in delayed recovery, increasing medical expenses but also affects the quality of patients’ life badly .The results of the present study show that POCD may be the result of several mechanisms, which are mainly associated with the cholinergic system, stress response and inflammatory response. In recent years, the study found that the cannabinoid system plays an important role in cognitive dysfunction. Objective To summarize the research of cannabinoid in cognitive dysfunction .Content Introduce POCD and the cannabinoid system, summarize the research of cannabinoid in cognitive dysfunction .Trend Hope to provide researchers with the latest information, and do something for the research of mechanism of POCD.
