背景 硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S) 长期以来一直被视为是一种有毒废气,近年来的研究表明,内源性H2S作为最新发现的气体信号分子,具有重要的生物学活性,在机体多个系统中具有复杂的生理病理学意义。 目的 探讨H2S的生理、病理以及与疾病的关系,并就其研究进展作一综述。 内容 H2S不仅对全身各系统的缺血性等疾病有治疗作用,对神经性及炎症性疼痛的双向性调节作用更是关系密切,其机制可能与其是内源性血管平滑肌的KATP通道开放剂及具有抗氧化作用相关。 趋向 H2S这些新用途对探寻临床相关疾病的有效治疗方法具有重要意义,未来研究重点应在H2S对疼痛作用的确切机制上。

Abstract:

Background Hydrogen sulfide has long been regarded as a noxious gas, in recent years,many studies show that endogenous H2S as a newly discovered gaseous signal molecule, has important biological activity, in the multiple systems with complex physiological and pathological significance. Objective This review discusses/examines the relation between the physiology and pathology effect of gaseous signal molecules hydrogen sulfide and diseases and provides a detailed description of the Hydrogen sulfide research processes. Content Hydrogen sulfide not only on the general system of ischemic diseases have therapeutic effects, for neuropathic and inflammatory pain two-way regulatory role is more closely, the mechanism might be related to that it is endogenous vascular smooth muscle KATP channel openers and it has an antioxidant effects. Trend H2S these new uses to explore clinical diseases associated with the effective method of treatment is of great significance, but further work is required to focus on the precise mechanism of action of H2S on pain.
