[摘要] 背景 机体发生感染时中性粒细胞表面多种功能分子的表型发生变化与炎症的发生、发展及恶化存在潜在联系。目的 探讨中性粒细胞表面功能分子表型的生物学效应及意义。内容 中性粒细胞三大主要功能粘附、趋化和吞噬相关的多种细胞表面功能分子变化现状的研究。 趋向 随着对中性粒细胞细胞表面功能分子变化的相关机制研究地不断深入,为早期诊断和治疗脓毒症患者提供了新的方向。

Abstract:

Background Neutrophils (polymorphonuclear leukocytes,PMNs) membrane surface antigens maybe associate with the occurrence, development and deterioration of imflammation. Objective To find out the underlying biology effect of the change of neutrophils surface antigens. Content During sepsis neutrophils three main functions(adhesion, chemotaxis and phagocytosis) are related to a variety of membrane surface antigens change, which were published in the recent researches. Trend With the development of the studies in the mechanism of neutrophil surface antigens changes, there would be some new direction to diagnose and cure septic patient.
