摘要:

【背景】急性肺损伤(Acute lung injury,ALI)是目前严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。有大量研究表明:源自多不饱和脂肪酸( polyunsaturated fatty acids ,PUFA)的一些特殊的促炎症消退介质(Specialized Pro-resolving Mediators, SPM )对ALI具有一定的保护作用。【目的】分析总结SPM对ALI的保护作用和机制。【内容】此文描述SPM的分子生物学特征,炎症与ALI的关系,SPM的抗炎和促进炎症消退的保护作用及机制三个方面。【趋向】SPM对ALI具有一定的保护作用,这对于临床上治疗ALI提供了一种新的思路和方法。

Abstract:

[Background]Acute lung injury(ALI) is one of the serious diseases which threats to human health. There are a series of literature demonstrate that Specialized Pro-resolving Mediators (SPM) derived from polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) have protective effect on ALI. [Objective] Analyzing and summarizing SPM protective effect on ALI and their mechanisms. [Content] This review exposit the SPM molecular biology characteristics, the relationship between inflammation and acute lung injury, SPM anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammation resolution protective effect and mechanism on ALI. [Trend] SPM have protective effect on ALI, which will be provide a new train of thought for clinical disease ALI.
