低压低氧预处理保护机制的研究进展

摘要:

背景 大量实验证据表明多种预处理方式均可诱导机体产生内源性耐受机制。低压低氧预处理(hypobaric hypoxia preconditioning,HHP)的保护作用已得到大量研究的证实。 目的 通过分析近年来HHP研究进展,总结其保护作用及机制。 内容 HHP可以抗抑郁和焦虑、调节免疫稳态、降低缺血再灌注(ischemia and reperfusion,I/R)和严重低氧(severe hypoxia,SH)损害,诱导机体内源性耐受机制产生。其保护机制涉及活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、热休克蛋白(Heat shock proteins,HSPs)、雌激素、凋亡通路等多个方面。 趋向 未来除进一步探究HHP的保护机制,同时应建立一种既不损伤组织又能产生与预适应效应的HHP方法,加强HHP的转化医学研究,为临床应用提供可靠依据。

Abstract:

Background  Increasing evidences have showed that several pattern of preconditioning can induce endogenous tolerance to secondary injuries..The protective effect of hypobaric hypoxia preconditioning(HHP) have been proved by lots of experiments. Objective The review elaborates protection of HHP and its mechanism by summarizing studies and researches in recent years. Content HHP can induce endogenous tolerance to resisting anxiety and depression,regulating immune homeostasis,reducing the damage of severe hypoxia and ischemia and reperfusion(I/R).The mechanism of endogenous tolerance are involved in reactive oxygen species(ROS), Heat shock proteins(HSPs), estrogen,apoptosis and signaling pathway,etc. Trend Researches in future should be taken to further explore of the mechanism of hypobaric hypoxia preconditioning,and establish a appropriate HHP methods having no damages to tissues.Strengthening the clinical applications of HHP will also be helpful to provide a reliable basis for the practice work.
