摘要:

背景:PTD–SOD是采取基因工程的方法制备的一种新型融合蛋白,具备穿膜和抗自由基损伤的功能,是近年来研究的热点。目的:可以增加对融合蛋白PTD-SOD的认识以及了解其在脑缺血再灌注中的研究现状。内容:蛋白质转导结构域(PTD)作为PTD-SOD的组成部分可以介导外源超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)穿透生物膜,本文将从融合蛋白PTD-SOD的结构、制备方法、活性检测以及其在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的应用等方面作一综合性描述。趋向:该技术解决了SOD作为大分子蛋白质难以通过细胞膜的难题,在脑保护的研究中具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Background:PTD-SOD is a new type of fusion protein which’s made by Genetic engineering. It’s really hot in recent years. Objective: Medical researchers will get knowledge about PTD-SOD and the study progress of it in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury from this article. Content: protein transduction domain (PTD),as a part of PTD-SOD structure,can take exogenous superoxide dismutase (SOD) into cells. This article will introduce the fusion protein PTD-SOD from the structure, preparation methods, activity and application in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and so on. Trend: This progress also can solve the problem of SOD to through the cell membrane as a macromolecular protein, and have great significance in the study of brain protection.
