背景 糖尿病可影响人体内多个系统不同器官的功能，从而严重威胁人类健康。糖尿病神经病变（diabetic neuropathy， DN）是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一，病变可累及中枢神经及周围神经，给患者带来不同程度的痛苦，严重的甚至致残，使患者丧失正常生活能力。 目的 为更好地认识痛性糖尿病神经病变（painful diabetic neuropathy， PDN）的危害，并在临床上采取早期预防及有效治疗的方法，特作一综述。 内容 综合相关文献，归纳分析糖尿病引发PDN的发病机制、临床表现、诊断与治疗的最新进展。 趋向 该并发症得到更广泛关注和深入的认识。
Background Diabetic neuropathy（DN） is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus， which could implicate central nervous system and peripheral nervous system， resulting in pain， physical disability and even loss of self-care ability. Objective To provide a clear understanding of this disease and some evidences for prevention and therapy thereof. Content The progress of the mechanisms， clinical manifestations， diagnosis and therapy of the painful diabetic neuropathy（PDN） is summarized in this review. Trend The PDN will draw more attention and deep understanding.
