摘要:

背景:急性肺损伤是临床上常见的急重病症,致残率和致死率均极高。肺损伤时肺水平衡失调是其病理过程中十分重要的一环,以往人们对其原因的认识仅仅停留于肺毛细血管内皮细胞损伤而引起的通透性增加,如今,水通道蛋白的发现及其研究的深入为急性肺损伤肺水肿的机制带来了新的视角。目的:了解水通道蛋白在不同诱因导致的急性肺损伤病理过程中的作用。内容:水通道蛋白的一般特性,在肺组织中的分布,及水通道蛋白在不同急性肺损伤模型中的作用。趋势:探索水通道蛋白在急性肺损伤病理过程中的作用,为临床上治疗急性肺损伤提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Background: Acute lung injury is a common syndrom with high motality rate and disablity rate. Among the complicated pathological mechanisms, the imbalance of water in lung plays a significant role, for which, in the past, the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cell thought to be acounted. However, the discovery of aquaporins, as well as deeper insights into them, bring novel perspectives into this field. Objective: Know about aquaporins’ functions in different annimal models of acute lung injury. Content: General features of auaporins, distribution of aquaporins in the lung, aquaporins’ functions in different annimal models of acute lung injury. Trend: Explore functions of aquaporins in the pathological mechanism of acute lung injury, thus providing new thoughts for clinical treatments.
