背景 随着麻醉护理教育的开展，部分三级以上医院开始设立麻醉护士岗位，麻醉专科护士资格认证、培训等一系列问题被逐渐提上日程。目前，国内没有统一的麻醉专科护士培训模式。 目的 在分析国内外麻醉专科护士发展现状的基础上提出麻醉专科护士毕业后教育模式，探索适合我国国情的麻醉专科护士培训模式。 内容 从准入标准、培训内容、培训基地的建设、不同层次人员的培养、教师的培养5个方面进行分析，呼吁相关部门加快毕业后教育基地的认证和建设，制订规范化培训方案，推进毕业后教育试点工作。 趋向 逐步展开麻醉专科护士毕业后教育，提高麻醉护士数量和质量。
Background With the launching of anesthesia nursing education， around three levels of hospitals have already begun to use anesthesia qualified nurses，while training and other issues remain on the agenda. Currently， there is no coordinated raining mode. Objective This article provides a review on anesthesia nurses' training at home and abroad， in order to explore a Postgraduate Education model which is suitable for China. Content It consists of 5 aspects， include access standards， training object， the construction of the training base， training at different levels and teachers' training. Futhermore， we advocate acceleration of the certification and construction of the education base and development of a standardized training program. Trend Gradually expand the graduate education of anesthesia nurses program to improve the quantity and quality of anesthesia nurses.
