背景 单深度经颅多普勒(transcranial doppler, TCD)技术是脑血流动力学的一种检查方法,具有实时、易操作、可连续监测等优点,可于麻醉过程中监测脑血流速度的改变、血栓的形成,并为术中脑保护提供信息。 目的 介绍近年TCD在围术期的应用及进展。 内容 综述不同手术围术期TCD可以提供的麻醉相关信息,如血流速度、脉搏节律变化、血管狭窄及血栓、判断颅内压等。 趋向 TCD用于围术期脑血流监测具有许多优势,其应用前景广阔。

Abstract:

Background Transcranial doppler (TCD) is an examination for cerebral blood flow dynamics characteristics. It can be used to monitor the change of cerebral blood flow velocity in the process of anesthesia and the formation of blood clots, to provide information for brain protection. It has the advantages of easy operation, real?蛳timing and continuous monitoring. Objective To introduce the application and progress of TCD in perioperation recently. Content TCD can provide relevant information, such as blood flow velocity, pulse rhythm change, vascular stenosis and thrombosis, intracranial pressure, etc. Trend With lots of advantages, TCD for perioperative period has broad prospects in the future.
