酗酒对全麻用药和全麻并发症的影响

摘要:

背景 当前有越来越多的酗酒者需要接受手术和麻醉,而部分麻醉医师尚未充分了解酗酒带来的麻醉风险。 目的 从酗酒引起的机体改变入手,综述分析酗酒对全麻用药及全麻并发症的影响,为临床麻醉管理提供参考。 内容 酗酒会导致机体各器官发生不同程度的病理改变,干扰全身麻醉药的代谢,可能减弱麻醉效果,并增加麻醉并发症。 趋向 酗酒对麻醉的影响机制研究尚欠,需要更多的临床观察和实验提供数据,戒酒可改善一些脏器损害,减少对麻醉的影响。

Abstract:

Background There are increasing alcoholics require surgery and anesthesia, but some anesthesiologists are not fully aware of the risk from alcoholism. Objective Review the effect of alcoholism on general anesthetics and its related complications, and to provide a reference for clinical anesthesia. Content Alcoholism can brought about various organs damage with different pathologic changes, and influent the metabolism of general anesthetics, maybe not only reducing the anesthetic effect, but also increasing the anesthetic complications. Trend The mechanism of alcoholism influencing anesthesia is still deficit, more clinical observation and trials are needed, abstinence can decrease some of the viscera damage and reduce the influence on anesthesia.
