慢性内脏痛及其信号传导通路的研究进展

摘要:

背景 慢性内脏痛是功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal disorders ,FGID)和慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis ,CP)的主要症 状,这种疼痛不但降低患者的生活质量也是其寻求医疗帮助的主要原因,但目前有关内脏痛的确切机制仍不清楚,因而其治疗效果不佳。 目的 结合文献就当前慢性内脏痛及其信号传导通路的研究进展做一综述。 内容 介绍内脏痛及其信号传导通路、神经胶质细胞特别是脊髓小胶质细胞在慢性内脏痛中的作用。 趋势 脊髓小胶质细胞可能是未来慢性内脏痛治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:

Background Chronic visceral pain is the predominant symptom of functional gastrointestinal disorders and chronic pancreatitis. Such pain can impair thepatients’ quality of life, and can also serve as one of the principal reasons for these patients to seek medical help.Current treatment of chronic visceral pain has continued to be unsatisfactory, because of the underlying mechanisms of chronic visceral pain have remained unclear. Objective Combined with literature,we summarize the research and development of chronic visceral pain and signal transduction pathway currently. Content This article respectively describes visceral pain and signal transduction pathway,glial cells, especially the role of spinal microglia in chronic visceral pain. Trend Spinal microglia may serve as a promising target in the future treatment of chronic visceral pain.
