摘要:

背景 丙泊酚是目前临床上常用的静脉麻醉药。血管内皮细胞具有多种生理功能,参与机体的免疫、凝血、物质转运和生物活性物质释放等重要的生命活动。血管内皮细胞损伤已成为许多疾病发生发展的基本病理生理过程。研究显示,丙泊酚具有一定的内皮细胞保护作用, 但其保护作用的机制尚未完全阐明。目的 探寻丙泊酚对血管内皮细胞的保护作用及其机制。内容 对近年来国内外学者关于丙泊酚对血管内皮细胞作用的研究进展进行综述,分析丙泊酚对血管内皮细胞保护作用的各种可能机制。 趋向 为扩大丙泊酚的临床应用范围提供新思路。

Abstract:

Background Propofol is a widely used intravenous agent for anesthesia and sedation. Vascular endothelial cells have important physiologic functions involved in coagulation, material transport and bioactive substances. Endothelial cell dysfunction is regarded as a critical pathogenic factor and the development of cardiovascular diseases. Studies have revealed that propofol has a protective effect on vascular endothelial cells. Objective Although the protective effects of propofol on vascular endothelial cells have been widely studied, the underlying mechanisms are far from clear. This study was to review the protective effects of propofol on vascular endothelial cells and study the potential mechanisms. Content Summarize the advances in protective effect of propofol on vascular endothelial cells. Trend Guide further clinical application of propofol.
