摘要:

背景 正常的学习行为记忆基于各脑区的一系列神经网络活动,对其大脑机制的研究常建立在各种行为学实验方法的基础上,为各项临床疾病及药物研究提供帮助。目前,学习记忆脑机制的研究取得了很大进展,如长时记忆和短时记忆所涉及的脑区,大脑结构损伤的影响以及神经元放电过程等。 目的 探讨行为学实验中所研究的学习记忆脑机制,丰富和完善学习记忆的神经学理论,并为神经系统疾病的诊断及治疗提供理论基础。 内容 综述学习记忆行为过程的脑结构基础及过程 趋向 通过对学习记忆过程的脑机制的研究,完善与发展行为神经学,关于学习记忆过程大脑机制完整性的描述将成为可能。

Abstract:

Background Normal learning and memory are shaped by a series of neuronal network activity in each brain regions. Many behavioral methods are widely used to study the mechanism of memory processes research which provide great support to the research of diseases and drugs in clinic. At present, the research of the cerebral mechanism of memory have made considerable advances, eg. brain regions involved in long-term and short-term memory process, implications of brain structure injury, neuronal firing activity. Objective To discuss the cerebral mechanism of learning and memory in behavioral methods , attention to complete the neurology of memory and provide theoretical basis for the study nerve system disease. Content The review focus on the cerebral mechanism in learning and memory process Trend The research of cerebral mechanism of learning and memory processes is incomplete, these experimental data will help to guide the further research, support the diagnosis and therapy of nerve system diseases.
