Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To explore the feasibility of sevoflurane rapid induction device produced higher concentrations of sevoflurane for children during general anesthesia induction. Methods 98 cases of general anesthesia, based on random principle , children were divided into into 4 groups, sevoflurane concentrations 9% group (GroupⅠ), the 11.5% group(Group II), the 13.8% group(Group III), 8% group (Group IV). To observe the induction time, vital signs, adverse effect. Results the induction time of group II, III shorter than group I, no differences between groups IIand III, group I, II, III shorter than group IV. Conclusion the effect of induction by high concentrations of sevoflurane rapid induction device is better, safe and convenient.
