摘要:

背景 近年来吸入性麻醉药预处理和后处理概念的提出,为中枢神经系统(central nervous system, CNS)损伤等相关疾病的治疗提供了新思路。有证据表明,低浓度的吸入麻醉药七氟醚预处理和后处理对脑缺血等CNS损伤具有一定的神经保护作用。 目的 对七氟醚的神经保护作用及其机制研究进行综述,为今后七氟醚的基础与临床研究提供参考。 内容 阐述吸入性麻醉药预处理和后处理的概念,分析七氟醚预处理及后处理的神经保护作用及其机制。 趋向 深入研究七氟醚神经保护作用及机制,可为其临床应用提供更充分的理论依据。

Abstract:

Background In recent years, the concept of volatixe anestheties preconditioning and postconditioning provide an important solution for the central nervous system(CNS) damage and treatment. Several studies showed that low concentrations of sevoflurane preconditioning or postconditioning had neuroprotective effect. Objective In this paper, the neuroprotective effect and mechanism of sevoflurane were discussed in this paper which providing for basic and clinical research of sevoflurane in future. Content We reviewed the the concept of volatixe anestheties preconditioning and postconditioning, the neuroprotective effect and mechanism of sevoflurane preconditioning and postconditioning. Trend With the deep understanding of neuroprotective effect and mechanism of sevoflurane, it will provide more comprehensive theoretical basis and clinical application for the future research.
