摘要:

概述 心肺复苏后脑损伤是心脏骤停患者神经功能预后不良的主要原因,但是早期对心脏骤停患者神经功能预后做出判断是极其困难的。大量临床研究证实脑电双频指数(Bispectral Index ,BIS)是评估心脏骤停患者神经功能预后的良好工具,并在临床研究中得到了证实。目的 尽管BIS监测的价值在临床研究中已得到证实,但准确性仍存在争议,本文将综述BIS监测评估心脏骤停患者神经功能预后的价值。 内容 将近年来BIS监测在评估脑缺血缺氧性损伤中的应用及心脏骤停患者神经功能预后方面的研究做一简要的综述。 趋向 随着BIS监测在心脏骤停患者神经功能评估中的临床应用与研究,将对其今后的发展与完善提供依据。

Abstract:

Background Brain injury is the main reason for the unfavourable neurological outcome after cardiac arrest, however, predicting the neurological outcome after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is extremely difficult in early. Bisctral Index is a good tool for assessment of neurological prognosis of patient,has been proved in clinical studies. Objective The value of bispectral index has been confirmed, however, the accuracy is still controversial. This review aims to summarize the value of bispectral monitoring in neurological prognosis of patients with cardiac arrest. Content This paper will briefly review the BIS monitoring in assessment of cerebral prognosis after cardiac arrest recently. Trend Bispectral monitoring should be deeply developed and improved, as its application for predicting neurological prognosis of patient with cardiac arrest.
