摘要：

会厌囊肿患者可能在全身麻醉后发生面罩通气困难及气管插管困难，一般多采用清醒气管插管。本文描述一例巨大会厌囊肿患者，通过逐渐镇静进行快速通气评估，成功避免清醒气管插管。

Abstract:

Patients with epiglottic cysts have the likelihood of combination of difficult ventilation and difficult intubation. Therefore, awake intubation is commonly applied. This case report describes a patient with an epiglottic cyst avoided awake intubation successfully following a rapid ventilation assessment protocol with stepwise increased sedation level.
