• 【Abstract】Background Mirror syndrome is a rare obstetric entity that occurs in pregnant women. It is associated with an increase in fetal mortality and maternal morbility. Clinicians still lack experience of treating mirror syndrome, especially regarding anesthetic management. Objective To review the risks and challenges posed by mirror syndrome. Content This paper describes the pathophysiology and complications of mirror syndrome, and analyze the anesthetic management of mirror syndrome. Trend To provide the considerations and precautions of anesthetic management of mirror syndrome.
