【摘要】 背景 促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin, EPO)是一种造血刺激因子,过去20多年中用于临床多种原因所致的贫血。随着对EPO及其受体在心血管方面作用的认识,增加了EPO在生理和病理生理方面作用的理解。目的 将缺血再灌注心肌损伤减轻到最低限度。 内容 研究EPO在心脏中的表达及在心肌保护所涉及的传导机制,EPO在动物心血管疾病实验模型中起到心肌保护作用及目前EPO心肌保护作用的临床相关研究。 趋向 近年来,EPO心肌保护作用临床研究的报道也逐渐增多,为临床心肌保护的提供了新的方向。需要更深入研究EPO的心肌保护作用。
【Abstract】 Background Erythropoietin(EPO) is known as a hematopoietic growth factor,which has been used to treat anemia caused by different reasons over the last two decades. Identification of EPO and its receptor in the cardiovascular system expanded understanding of physiological and pathophysiological role of EPO. Objective To minimize the injury of ischemic reperfusion myocardial. Content This article reviews the expression and protection mechanism of EPO in heart. EPO exerts protection in experimental models of animal cardiovascular disorders and Clinical trials about EPO’s myocardial protective. Trend Clinical trials about EPO’s myocardial protective effects are increasing in recent years, which direct the research about myocardial protection, further research is needed.
