背景 动物实验研究证实干细胞移植可以治疗多种神经退行性疾病和缺血性脑卒中。近年研究发现，其对慢性顽固性疼痛也有很好的治疗效果。目的 综述干细胞移植对各种慢性顽固性性疼痛的治疗作用及其机制。内容 干细胞可应用于外周神经损伤导致的神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain, NP)、糖尿病周围神经痛、脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury, SCI)后慢性疼痛以及下肢缺血性疼痛的治疗，主要机制是修复和免疫调节效应。趋向 干细胞有望成为未来慢性顽固性疼痛治疗的重要手段。
Background: Animal experiments have demonstrated that stem cell transplantation relieves various neurodegenerative diseases and ischemic stroke. Recent studies indicate that it may also be a therapeutic approach for intractable chronic pain. Object: To review the application and potential mechanisms of stem cell transplantation for intractable chronic pain. Content: Stem cell transplantation can be used in neuropathic pain induced by peripheral nerve injury and diabetic peripheral neuropathy, chronic pain involving spinal cord injury and limb ischemia. And the analgesic mechanisms are based on its repairing and immunomodulation properties. Trend: Stem cell transplantation provides a new tool for the relief of intractable chronic pain.
