七氟烷对糖尿病小鼠认知功能的影响

摘要:

【摘要】 目的 观察吸入七氟烷对糖尿病小鼠认知功能的影响。 方法 健康昆明小鼠40只,采用随机数字法,将其随机分为4组(n=10):对照组(C组)吸入空气,糖尿病组(DM组)吸入空气,七氟烷组(S组)吸入1.5%七氟烷6小时,七氟烷糖尿病组(DM+S组)吸入1.5%七氟烷6小时。在24小时后,分别用跳台法,避暗法记录遗忘小鼠错误次数(error times,ETs)、跳台潜伏期(step down latancy,SDL)和步入潜伏期(step through latancy,STL)。 结果 与C组比较,DM组、S组、DM+S组跳台潜伏期和步入潜伏期均缩短、错误次数增加(P<0.05)。与DM+S组比较,DM组、S组的跳台潜伏期和步入潜伏期均缩短、错误次数均增加(P<0.05)。 结论 吸入七氟烷对糖尿病小鼠短期内的认知功能有影响,加重糖尿病对认知功能的损害。

Abstract:

[Abstract]: Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane on cognitive performance in diabetic mice. Methods Healthy mice were randomly divided into four groups (n=10 each): contrcl group(group C);groupdiabetic mellitus group(group DM); sevoflurane group (group S) diabetic mellitus and sevofurane group(group DM+S). goup C and group DM inhaled air for 6h; group S and group DM+S inhaled 1.5% sevoflurane for 6 h. After 24 h, the error times(ETs),step down latancy(SDL) and step through latancy(STL) were observed and recoded in the step-down test and step-through test. Results Compared with group C of group DM , group S and group DM+S decreased in SDL and STL(P < 0.05) ,increased in ETs(P < 0.05). Compared with group DM+S, both group DM and group S decreased in SDL and STL(P<0.05),increased in ETs(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Sevoflurane has a influence on the shortern memory in diabetic mice.
