摘要:

背景:缝隙连接是由镶嵌在细胞表面的缝隙连接蛋白家族组成的,介导胞间物质交换和信息交流。但除了组成缝隙连接,缝隙连接蛋白也构成一种细胞与和内环境直接相通的孔道,即半通道,半通道介导着细胞内外离子,第二信使和胞内代谢产物的交换,在生命活动中发挥着不可或缺的作用。 目的:归类,汇总,展望 半通道的作用及其应用 内容:就半通道的一般结构和功能,在不同的病理状态下的作用及半通道异常相关疾病等方面作一综述。 趋向:半通道的各项研究却仍处于起步阶段,相关文献并不 多见,对其的进一步揭示有助于了解相关疾病的发病机制和 为预防治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract:

(Background)Gap junction, which mediates intercellular material exchange and information communication, is consists of connexin family embedded in the cell surface. Excepting consisting of gap junction, connexin also constitutes a channel which directly access the cell and the internal environment,named hemichannel. Hemichannel mediates the exchange of the intracellular and extracellular ions, second messengers and intracellular metabolites, which plays an indispensable role in life activities. (Objective);Classified, summarized and prospected Hemichannel function and its application (Content)this paper focuses on research progress on the roles of hemichannel in pathophysiological conditions and related diseases about hemichannel. (Trend)the research of hemichannel is still in its infancy, There are not many reports about hemichannel recently. for the further Reveal would contributes to understanding of the pathogenesis of related diseases and provide theoretical basis for preventive treatment.
