Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of damage control fluid resuscitation in the perioperative period of severe traumatic shock and discuss the suitable fluid management solutions during anesthesia for this kingd of patients. Methods 81 patients with severe traumatic shock undergoing operation were divided into two groups:damage control fluid resuscitation group(DCR group) and conventional liquid recovery group (control group). PT, APTT, INR, PH, lactic acid, BE, and body temperature were separately detected at the point of entering , the end of surgery,12 and 24 hours after operation, and the mortality were also recorded. Results The PT, APTT, INR and lactic acid in DCR group obviously descend and the PH, BE in DCR group significantly increased at the end of surgery, 12 and 24 hours after operation compared with control group(P<0.05), the body temperature in DCR group at the point of 12 and 24 hours after operation rised obviously compared with control group(P<0.05), the bleeding volume and the mortality of DCR group were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe traumatic shock, the damage control fluid resuscitation plan can obviously correct the function of blood coagulation, alleviate acidosis, maintain body temperature, reduce the mortality and improve prognosis.
