摘要:

背景 全身麻醉药应用于临床已有近170年,然而其作用的神经机制还不清楚。蓝斑-去甲肾上腺素能神经系统(locus coeruleus noradrenergic system, LC-NE)在全麻状态调节中可能起到重要作用。目的 本文综述LC-NE系统在调节全身麻醉中的研究进展。内容 全身麻醉药可能通过对LC-NE系统的抑制从而产生镇静催眠效果。趋向 探讨LC-NE神经系统在全身麻醉中所起到的作用,为揭示全身麻醉药的作用机制提供新思路。

Abstract:

Background Despite the use of general anesthetic drugs in clinical applications for nearly 170 years, it is still unclear how these drugs modulate the state of general anesthesia in the brain. Multiple lines of evidence hint that the locus coeruleus (LC) noradrenergic (NE) system (LC-NE) may play an important role in the modulation of general anesthesia. Objective To review the progresses about the roles of the LC-NE system in modulating general anesthesia. Content General anesthetics may inhibit LC-NE system to exert their sedate and hypnotic effects. Trend To discuss the role of the LC-NE system in general anesthesia, and provide a new view angle for the research of general anesthesia.
