This report described one patient with complex regional pain syndrome（CRPS） in two feet followed by coronary artery bypass grafting. In retrospect of the diagnosis and treatment as well as the follow-up， we considered that early recognition and correct diagnosis to be the key points for good prognosis， whereas standard comprehensive therapy was the most important factor to reach a significant result.
