【摘要】背景 神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain, NP)作为世界性难题,其治疗很困难,是因为它不仅受神经损伤的影响,还受损伤相关的二次损伤的影响。组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(histone deace tylase inhibitor, HDACI)在临床上被证实具有稳定情绪的作用,它也与神经保护及抗炎有关。但是,HDACI的具体作用机制目前还不是很清楚。 目的 探讨组蛋白乙酰化/去乙酰化在神经病理性疼痛中的作用机制。 内容 对HDACI在神经病理性疼痛中的作用及临床应用问题进行综述,重点讨论HDACI的神经保护作用及抗炎作用。 趋向 HDACI在治疗神经病理性疼痛疾病中具有很大的前景。但是,HDACI的具体作用机制还不是很清楚,其发挥神经保护及神经生长作用的机制还有待进一步研究。

Abstract:

【Abstract】Background It is difficult to treat neuropathic pain, because it is not only affected by nerve damage, but also affected by the secondary damage related to the injury .Histone deace tylase inhibitor( HDACI) is clinically proved to have the function of emotion stablization, it is also related to the neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory.HDACI, however, the specific mechanism is not clear. Objective To explore the mechanism of histone acetylation/deacetylase in neuropathic pain.Content This article reviewed the effect of HDACI in neuropathic pain and its clinical application,emphatically discussed the nerve protective and anti-inflammatory effects. Trend HDACI has great prospect in the treatment of neuropathic pain.However, the specific mechanism of HDACI is not clear. The mechanism of its role in nerve protection and regression still needs further resesrch .
