Backgroud For taboo or high risk surgical severe aortic stenosis patients, transcatheter aortic valve implantation(TAVI) was a replacement therapy of open surgery. Anesthesia physician play an important role for ensuring the operation success.　Objective　To summarize the latest progress on TAVI anesthesia monitoring management at present, and to provide current advances in anesthsia for clinical anesthesiologists.　Content　This article briefly introduces the progress about the preoperative assessment, method of anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, intraoperative and postoperative management, such as a review of the progress of TAVI anesthesia.　Trend　It is rare in domestic study on TAVI anesthesia research, safe and effective monitoring is the key factor to ensure the operation success for anesthesiologists.
