摘要:

背景 氢气是一种新型医学气体,最初发现其具有明显的选择性抗氧化作用,近年研究表明氢气能够抑制机体过度的氧化应激和炎症反应并发挥抗细胞凋亡作用从而改善脓毒症相关器官损伤,改善脓毒症的预后。此外,作为气体信号分子,氢气还具有信号通路调节作用。 目的 探讨氢气治疗脓毒症中的信号通路的调节作用及其与炎症反应、氧化应激和细胞凋亡的关系。 内容 对氢气治疗脓毒症的器官保护作用机制及其对不同信号通路的调节作用的相关研究进行综述。 趋向 通过对氢气在脓毒症治疗过程中的信号通路调节作用及其与氢气的抗炎、抗氧化应激和抗凋亡作用之间相互联系的研究,从而全面了解氢气治疗脓毒症的分子机制。

Abstract:

Background As a new type of medical gas, hydrogen's selective antioxidant effect is found initially, the recent studies have found that hydrogen could inhibit the excessive oxidative stress, inflammation and exert anti-apoptotic effect to improve sepsis-related organ injury, so as to improve the prognosis of sepsis. Additional, as a signaling molecule, hydrogen also has signaling pathway regulating effect. Objective This review focuses on the signaling pathway regulating effect of hydrogen and its relationship with inflammation, oxidative stress and cellular apoptosis in sepsis. Content This review provided a comprehensive summary of the organ protective mechanism and different signaling pathway regulating effects of hydrogen in sepsis. Trend The hydrogen's signaling patyway regualting effect and its relationship with hydrogen's anti-inflammatory,-oxidative stress and-apoptotic effects in sepsis were summarized to get a comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanism of hydrogen in the treatment of sepsis.
