肌松药在术中神经电生理监测中的应用

摘要:

背景:在术中神经电生理监测(Intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring,IOM)中,肌松药由于影响神经肌肉接头兴奋的传递而限制使用。大量研究证实在部分神经肌肉阻滞(partial neuromuscular blockade,pNMB)的条件下,行术中神经电生理监测是可行的。目的:系统综述肌松药的临床应用及部分神经肌肉阻滞对神经电生理监测的影响,详细阐述肌松药在IOM中的应用。内容:将近年来关于肌松药对IOM的影响及pNMB下的神经电生理监测的文献进行详细整理、系统综述。趋向:随着IOM监测越来越广泛地应用,肌松药在IOM中将不再是完全限制,本文将对肌松药在IOM中的合理使用提供依据。

Abstract:

Background :Muscle relaxants have generally been avoided during intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring(IOM) for they can block the Ach transmission in neuromuscular junction. It has been proved in clinical studies that IOM can effectively monitoring the neuromuscular function when under the condition of partial neuromuscular blockade(pNMB). Objective:This article systematically review the clinical application of muscle relaxant and the effects of pNMB on neurophysiological monitoring., specially summarize the application of muscle relaxants in IOM. Content: This paper detailedly summarized the correlative paper about the effects of muscle relaxabts and pNMB on IOM. Trend: As IOM monitoring more and more widely used, muscle relaxants will be no longer completely avoided in IOM,this article will provide rational basis of the use of muscle relaxants in IOM.
