Backgroud Coagulation is a complex physiological cascade. Unlike adults, neonatal blood coagulation system is evolving and some protein concentrations related clotting are relatively lower.Objective Reviewing neonatal blood coagulation related research abroad， to guide early diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the neonatal bleeding and clotting disorders related diseases.Content In this paper,the neonatal blood coagulation characteristics, evaluation of the neonatal blood coagulation function and the common neonatal bleeding causes are briefly reviewed.Trend More clinical trials are needed to fully understand the difference between neonatal and adult blood coagulation system and its treatment.
