背景 近年来,脑血管疾病在我国的发病率越来越高,严重威胁着中老年人的健康。每年有大量的患者因脑部疾病需要麻醉和介入取栓治疗,其过程中可能会出现脑缺血/再灌注现象,因此,脑保护成为了现代医学中的研究重点。七氟醚因其可控性强、安全等优点而广泛应用于临床,已有实验证明七氟醚后处理有脑保护作用,有学者发现其可能与线粒体凋亡途径有关。 目的 综述线粒体凋亡途径在七氟醚后处理脑保护中的作用。 内容 简述线粒体的结构和功能,线粒体凋亡通路,七氟醚后处理脑保护作用的可能机制及其与线粒体凋亡途径的关系。 趋向 七氟醚后处理可以通过线粒体凋亡途径改善脑功能,有助于脑疾病患者的临床处理,但其具体作用机制尚不完全清楚,其远期应用前景仍需进一步研究。

Abstract:

Background In recent years, the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in our country is increasing, which is a serious threat to the health of elderly people. There are a large number of patients with cerebral disease who have to undergo the procedures of thrombectomy. During thrombectomy, ischemia-reperfusion injury may occur to the brain of patients. Therefore, brain protection has become a research target in modern medicine. Sevoflurane postconditioning has been widely used in clinical practice owing to the properties of high controllability and safety, and studies have demonstrated that it confers cerebral protection, probably partially through the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway. Objective To review the effect of mitochondrial apoptosis pathway in sevoflurane postconditioning mediated cerebral protection. Content Summary of the structure and function of mitochondria, mitochondrial apoptosis pathway and the possible mechanism of sevoflurane postconditioning mediated cerebral protection, as well as their relationship. Trend Sevoflurane postconditioning is able to improve the cerebral function via mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, which benefits to the treatments for cerebral disease, but its specific mechanism is still unclear, we still need further study for its application in long term.
