摘要：

本文报道加强型气管导管内壁夹层形成致气道高压一例。全麻手术中出现气道压升高判断呼吸道梗阻时，应综合考虑，不可排除气管导管夹层因素。当确定导管夹层时，应及时更换气管导管。

Abstract:

We report a case of reinforced endotracheal tube wall dissection leads to high airway pressure.When determining respiratory obstruction during high airway pressure occur in general anesthesia we should comprehensively consider, tube wall dissection can't be ruled out.When determining the tube wall dissection, we should replace the tube in time.
