Background The expression of microRNA (miRNA) is known to be associated with many pathophysiological processes. Understanding the mechanisms by which abnormal expression of miRNA contribute to neuropathic pain (NP) is of great importance. Objective This review summarizes the recent advances in studies of the mechanisms of miRNA15-miRNA30 in NP. Content The article elucidates the concept of NP, miRNAs (15-30) regulation mechanisms in NP. Trend Studying relationships among major miRNA15-miRNA30 and NP is helpful to clarify the mechanism of NP occurrence and development and provide new targets for NP treatment.
