前锯肌平面（serratus anterior plane, SAP）阻滞是一项简单实用的区域神经阻滞技术，在胸科手术中为胸壁皮肤、肌肉提供有效的镇痛。超声引导可视化技术进一步提高了阻滞成功率并减少镇痛不全导致的一系列并发症。文章通过回顾近年来国内外对超声引导下SAP阻滞的研究，对其应用解剖基础、具体阻滞皮肤区域以及临床应用范围进行综述，为临床应用提供参考。
Serratus anterior plane(SAP) block is a simple and practical regional nerve block technique. After thoracic surgery, it provides effective analgesia for chest wall. Ultrasound-guided visualization technology further improves the success rate of block and reduces the series of complications caused by incomplete analgesia. This article reviews the recent studies on ultrasamd-guided SAP block at home and abroad, and summarizes its anatomical basis, specific block area and clinical application, so as to provide reference for clinical application.
