阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD),是一种常见的慢性中枢神经系统病变。AD的病因及发病机制目前尚不明确。研究发现当个体携带某些易感基因的基因型时,其发病风险增加。随着人类基因组计划的完成及全基因组关联研究(genome‑wide association studies, GWAS)进展,使一系列与晚发型AD(late‑onset AD, LOAD)相关的易感基因得以发现。文章主要综述近年来LOAD遗传易感性的研究,旨在为读者分析目前的研究进展,并为未来的研究提供线索。
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a common chronic neurodegenerative disease in the central nervous system. Its pathogenesis and mechanism have not been identified. Studies indicate that an individual carrying certain genotypes of susceptibility gene has a higher risk of AD. With the completion of the Human Genome Project and the development of genome‑wide association studies (GWAS), a series of susceptibility genes associated with late‑onset AD (LOAD) have been discovered. In this paper, the development of susceptibility genes associated with LOAD is reviewed, so as to provide readers with current research progress and clues for future research.
