背景 老年人手术后出现认知功能障碍的高发生率一直被麻醉学界关注，光的生物调节作用被证实是有效的，近年来有学者将其用于脑保护。 目的 总结光生物调节对老年患者术后认知功能的保护作用。 内容 就术后认知功能障碍的发病机制、光生物调节机制及光生物调节用于保护老年人术后认知功能的可能性进行综述。 趋势 针对预防与保护老年人术后认知功能提供一种新的思路。
Background The high incidence of post operative cognitive dysfunction in the elderly make it great concerned by anesthesia community. Photobiomodulation is proved to be effective and recently some scholars have used it for brain protection. Objective To summarize the protection of photobiomodulation on cognitive function of aged people. Content This article reviews the pathogenesis of post operative cognitive dysfunction, the mechanism of photobiomodulation and the possible of photobiomodulation be used to protect cognitive function of elder people. Trend This article provides a new way to prevent and protect post operative cognitive function of the aged.
