摘要:

细胞代谢在免疫细胞功能调控中发挥重要作用,通过靶向调控免疫细胞的代谢途径,可影响免疫应答的产生、效应及转归,并影响某些免疫病理过程的发生和发展。深入研究免疫细胞的代谢特点,进一步揭示相关调控机制,为靶向代谢治疗免疫性疾病提供更多理论依据,为新的靶向药物研究建立基础。此文介绍靶向代谢在治疗免疫性疾病中的应用进展,总结不同免疫细胞的代谢特点及其调控机制,并介绍靶向代谢在骨髓移植、实体器官移植、系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)和脓毒症中的应用。

Abstract:

Recent studies have shown that cell metabolism plays an important role in the regulation and function of immune cells. By targeting the regulation of immune cells in the metabolic pathway, the generation, effect and outcome of immune response can be affected, the occurrence and development of certain immune pathology could also be influenced. Further study of the metabolic characteristics of immune cells and the relevant regulatory mechanisms can offer more theoretical basis for targeting metabolism in the treatment of immune diseases and establish the foundation for the research of novel targeted medicine. The aim of this article is to introduce the progress of the application of targeting metabolism in the treatment of immune disorders, we summarize the metabolic characteristics of different immune cells and their regulatory mechanisms and introduce the application of targeting metabolism in bone marrow transplantation, solid organ transplantation, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and sepsis.
