目的 评价银质针疗法联合高能量激光治疗（high intensity laser therapy, HILT）膝骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis, KOA）的疗效。 方法 选择住院治疗的90例KOA患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（A组）和试验组（B组），每组45例。两组患者均行常规银质针治疗，每周1次，共治疗两次。在此基础上，B组患者每日行HILT，A组患者接受假激光治疗。所有患者均经过2周治疗及治疗后3个月的随访，采用VAS评分、Lequesne指数和骨关节炎指数（the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index, WOMAC）评分综合评价治疗效果。 结果 经过2周治疗，两组患者VAS评分、Lequesne指数和WOMAC评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B组患者治疗后1个月内各时段以及随访至3个月时的疗效与A组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 银质针疗法联合HILT对KOA疗效确切，可以减轻疼痛，改善膝关节功能，提高患者生活质量，具有更好的远期疗效。
Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ To evaluate the efficacy of silver needle combined with high-intensity laser for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Ninety inpatients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the test group with 45 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional silver needle therapy once a week for two weeks. The test group underwent a high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) everyday on the basis of silver needle therapy. The control group received sham laser therapy. VAS, Lequesne index and WOMAC scale were used to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Results After 2 weeks treatment, the VAS score, Lequesne index and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) scale of both groups were significantly decreased compared to those before the treatment (P＜0.05). Moreover, the decreases of the three scores were significantly greater in the test group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The silver needle combined with HILT attenuated pain symptoms and improved the knee joint function in patients suffered from knee osteoarthritis, and the therapeutic efficacy lasted for at least 3 months.
